• Open the restaurant and prepare for daily operations.

• Assign positions and manage workflow during the shift.

• Handle cash drawers, opening paperwork, and perform basic inventory checks.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standards.

• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

• Communicate shift updates to management or incoming leaders
